Order and Shipping

  1. After you place an order and make the payment, a confirmation will be automatically generated to your email. If you find any discrepancy between your intended order and our records, please email us immediately at service@diamondnplatinum.com.
  2. Order processing will take 1-2 working days. Once your product is shipped, you will be notified through email with a tracking number for you to monitor your shipment.
  3. Shipping will take 3-4 working days within Malaysia. No expedited shipping available, no second day shipping available. Please note that the above shipping times are just estimated quotes by the courier companies. Hence we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do occasionally happen as there are many uncontrollable factors in the process of shipment and production especially during peak periods. 
  4. Delivery fees are complimentary for Malaysia on all purchases.
  5. If you intend to change your address after confirming your payment, please contact service@diamondnplatinum.com or WhatsApp us at +60187773478 as soon as possible. Once your item is shipped, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

Order Cancellation & Refund

If you have a change of mind after ordering, please email or WhatsApp us immediately at service@diamondnplatinum.com or +60187773478.

Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to cancel your order. We will respond to inform you if the cancellation is successful. 

Any refund requests from an order cancellation will be refunded less transaction fees and RM10 administration fee. Please drop us a message or email for a refund request. Diamond & Platinum reserves the right to deny or accept the refund request.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are allowed within 7 working days after goods received. Please refer our return policy for detail.
  2. Merchandise returned must be unused and in original condition, with price tags intact. Please include original invoice with your items. 
  3. You may return or exchanged by :
  • Post – the shipping charges to be borne by customer

Your order will be refunded in store credit. You may exchange for any item of the same value in our online or offline stores. An email with voucher code will be sent to you for your subsequent purchase online. We allow free shipping for the one-time exchange.

  • Any Diamond & Platinum store

Kindly refer Return Policy for more detail. Please note that we do not provide cash returns in store. You can exchange another item of the same value. Shall you choose to exchange with high value item, you will need to top up the balance.
